1. 외국어 시험 (※신청 기간 이후 추가 신청 불가, 기간 엄수,  졸업 예정자도 추가 신청 불가)

졸업조건 중 하나인 외국어시험에 대한 안내입니다.

2024-1학기에 졸업논문 심사를 받을 대상자(2024.08 졸업 예정)는 반드시 2024-1학기까지 종합시험과 외국어시험에 합격해야 합니다.
기존의 대학원 외국어 시험제도 폐지, 앞으로는 공인영어성적 제출로 대체

한국인은 영어시험, 외국인은 입학조건에 따라 영어시험 또는 한국어시험 둘 중 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다.

#시험 일정
   가. 신청 기간 : 2024.02.21.(수) 09:00 ~ 03.15.(금) 17:00
   나. 신청 대상 : 전 과정 1차 학기부터 신청 가능 (2024-1학기 신입생 가능, 휴학생 불가)
   다. 합격 발표 : 2024.03.29.(금) 예정

*증빙자료로 제출하는 공인외국어성적표의 인정기간은 당해 외국어시험 신청 시작일(2024년 2월 21일)을 기준으로 최근 2년 이내의 성적이어야 함.

#시험 합격 기준

• 공인영어성적 (①한국인, ②외국인 학생들 중 해외우수인력 또는 GKS로 입학한 학생)
  TOEFL IBT 72점 이상, TOEIC 700점 이상, New TEPS 326점 이상, IELTS 5.0 이상, 
  G-TELP Level2 64점 / Level3 85점 이상, TOEIC SPEAKING 110점 이상, 
  OPIC IL 이상

•TOPIK Ⅱ 3급 이상 (모든 외국인 학생 - 해외우수인력, GKS도 가능)

#시험 면제 조건

전자공학과 학생들은 아래의 조건 중 1가지를 만족하면 됩니다.

*한국인: 
①대학원 지정 모의토익 이수 합격자 - 제출서류: 없음

②영어국가 학위취득자 (영어를 모국어로 하는 나라의 소재 대학에서 학사 이상의 학위 취득 후 본교 대학원 진학자) - 제출서류: 졸업증명서

③전적대학원 외국어시험 합격자 (본교 대학원 동일과정 편입학자 중 이전 대학원에서 동일과정의 외국어시험을 합격) - 제출서류: 외국어 시험 합격 증빙 서류

④영어학위논문 작성 (자세한 신청 조건은 첨부파일의 면제 조건 참고) - 제출서류: 논문 초록(개요) 3페이지 내외 

*외국인:
①한국어 교양수업 수강 (6학점) - 제출서류: 성적증명서 

②한국어교육 프로그램 이수 (이 프로그램은 10주 과정이며, 월요일부터 금요일까지 하루에 4시간의 수업으로 구성되며, 별도의 등록금을 지불해야하므로 W3 글로벌센터 205호에 방문하여 수업일정과 신청절차에 대한 문의를 한 후 신청을 결정하시기 바랍니다.) - 제출서류: 이수증 (W3 글로벌센터 205호에 방문하여 수령)  

③전적대학원 외국어시험 합격자 (본교 대학원 동일과정 편입학자 중 이전 대학원에서 동일과정의 외국어시험을 합격) - 제출서류: 외국어 시험 합격 증빙 서류

④해외우수인력과 GKS로 입학한 학생들 중 국적이 미국, 캐나다, 영국, 뉴질랜드, 호주, 아일랜드, 남아프리카공화국, 나이지리아의 경우 - 제출서류: 여권 사본

This is a guide to the foreign language exam, which is one of the graduation conditions.
Those who will be screened for graduation thesis in the 2024-1 semester (scheduled to graduate 2024.08 must pass the comprehensive exam and foreign language exam by the 2024-1 semester.
The existing graduate school foreign language exam system has been abolished, and in the future, it will be replaced by the submission of certified English grades. (TOEIC, TOPIK etc.)

Koreans can choose either an English test or a Korean test, depending on admission conditions.

#Exam schedule
   A. Application period: 2024.02.21. (Wednesday) 09:00 to 03.15. (Friday) 17:00
   B. Subject to application: Applications can be made from the first semester of the entire course (New students are available for the 2024-1 semester, students are not allowed to take a leave of absence)
   C. Acceptance announcement: scheduled for 2024.03.29 (Fri)

*The accreditation period for the certified foreign language test scores submitted as evidence must be within the last two years as of the start date of application for the relevant foreign language exam (February 21, 2024).

• Accredited English proficiency (① Korean and ② foreign students admitted as excellent overseas personnel or GKS)
  TOEFL IBT score of 72 or higher, TOEIC score of 700 or higher, New TEPS of 326 or higher, IELTS of 5.0 or higher, 
  G-TELP Level 2 64 / Level 3 85 or higher, TOEIC SPEAKING 110 or higher, 
  OPICIL or higher


•TOPIK II Grade 3 or higher (all foreign students - excellent overseas workforce, GKS is also available)

(It is not submitted to the undergraduate office, but is conducted during the application period at the national portal directly by students.)


#Exam Exemption Condition

Electronic engineering students only need to meet one of the following conditions.

*Korean: 
①Successful candidates for graduate school designated mock TOEIC - Submission Document: None

②English National Degree Acquirer (Admission to graduate school after obtaining a bachelor's degree or higher from a university located in the native country of English) - Submission Document: Graduation Certificate

③Successful applicants of the graduate school's foreign language exam (one of the transferring students of the same course to the same graduate school passed the same course's foreign language exam) - Submission Document: documents proving acceptance of the foreign language exam

④Writing a thesis for a degree in English (refer to the exemption conditions in the attached file for detailed application conditions) - Submission Document: Abstract of thesis (Overview) About 3 pages 

*Foreigners:


②Completion of the Korean language education program (This program is a 10-week course and consists of four hours of classes a day from Monday to Friday, and you have to pay a separate tuition fee, so please visit W3 Global Center No. 205, inquire about the class schedule and application procedure, and decide on the application.) - Submission Document: Certificate of completion (visit W3 Global Center No. 205 and receive it)  

③Successful applicants of the graduate school's foreign language exam (one of the transferring students of the same course to the same graduate school passed the same course's foreign language exam) - Submission Document: documents proving acceptance of the foreign language exam

④Among the students who entered the overseas workforce and GKS, the nationality is the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Nigeria - Submission Document: copy of passport
