2024학년도 1학기(2024년 8월 졸업 예정) 석‧박사과정 학위청구논문 심사를 받으실 대상자께서는 논문심사 요청서를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
1. 제출자격
가. 대학원 학칙 제34조에서 정한 석‧박사과정 수료(예정)자
나. 소정의 학점(선수과목 포함)을 취득하고 평점평균이 B 이상인 자 또는
평점평균 B 미만으로서 학과학사관리위원회의 심의 및 추천을 받은 자
다. 외국어시험과 종합시험에 합격한 자
라. 석사과정 1학기, 박사과정 2학기 이상 논문지도를 받아 그 평가에 통과한 자
또는 논문예비심사에 통과한 자
2. 제출기간 : 2024.04.08.(월) ~ 04.11.(목) 16:00까지 학부 사무실로 제출 (기한엄수)
3. 제출서류 및 제출방법
가. 제출서류 : 청구논문심사요청서, 연구윤리준수서약
나. 제출방법
- [포털] 접속 → 학사서비스 → 졸업정보 → 청구논문심
논문정보 작성 및 제출 → 심사요청서 및 서약서 출력 → 학과사무실 제출
(지도교수, 주임교수 확인 및 날인) → [심사비고지서] 확인 → 가상계좌 납부
다. 논문심사료 납부기간 : 2024.04.08.(월) ~ 04.11.(목) 09:00~17:00 (기한엄수)

2024 - 1st semester (scheduled graduation in August 2024) Master's and Doctorate students who are subject to dissertation evaluation
Professors and teaching assistants, please refer to the schedule below.
1. Qualifications for submission
a. Those who have completed (expected) master's and doctoral programs as stipulated in Article 34 of the Graduate School Regulations
b. A person who has obtained certain credits (including prerequisite courses) and has a grade point average of B or higher or Those who have been reviewed and recommended by the Department of Science Management Committee with a grade point average of less than B
c. Those who have passed the foreign language test and comprehensive test
d. Those who have passed the evaluation after receiving thesis guidance for more than 1 semester of master’s course and 2 semesters of doctoral course or those who have passed the thesis preliminary examination
2. Submission period: Submission to the our department office 2024.04.08(Mon)~04.11(Thu) 16:00 (deadline strict, punctual)
3. Submission documents and submission method
a. Documents to be submitted: Request for dissertation review(청구논문심사요청서), Pledge of Compliance with Research Ethics in Degree Claims(학위청구논문 연구윤리 준수 서약서)
b. Submission method
- Access [Portal] → Academic Services → Graduation Information → Request for Dissertation Review →
Fill out and submit thesis information → Print out the request for review and pledge → Submit to the department office
(Confirmation and seal of the advisor and head professor)
→ Confirm [Examination notice] → Pay virtual account
c. Thesis review fee payment period: 2024.04.08.(Mon) ~ 04.11.(Thu) 09:00~17:00, (deadline strict, punctual)
